Findel PLC acquire Kleeneze
Following the announcement made by the Board of European Home Retail plc on Friday we are pleased to announce that Findel plc ("Findel") has acquired Kleeneze, Cabouchon, I Want one of Those and Kitbag.
This is a very positive step for the employees, customers, suppliers and distributors of these businesses. Findel is a FTSE 250 business with many years experience in all aspects of logistics and distance shopping. Findel will bring financial strength, stability and investment to the businesses and has expressed its commitment to their further growth.
In the immediate term whilst there will be little apparent change to the structure of the businesses the strengths that Findel will bring will not only help to ensure a successful result in the busy period up to Christmas but will lead to exciting development opportunities in the new year and beyond.
