ROI, Holland and Germany (ONLY) Distributor Agreement form


This form allows prospects from the Republic of Ireland, Holland and Germany to register to become a Kleeneze Distributor.


We regret we can NOT allow UK prospects to register online due to the current UK legal constraints. If you are a UK prospect please speak to your sponsor to obtain a UK Business Kit which contains a registration form.



You can fill this form out if you answer yes to the following statements:

  • I am a prospect from the Republic of Ireland Holland and Germany.
  • I want to be Internet registered. (This means you will place your orders via the internet and receive all correspondence electronically.)
  • I have a valid email address.
  • I have obtained a business kit from my sponsor which included a hard copy of the agreement form and the Business Manual, both of which I have read and understood. Click here for a further copy of the terms and conditions on the reverse of the agreement.
  • You will need your hard copy of the agreement form, to hand, during this registration process. This is because you will need to input the unique account number from the hard copy form, into step one of the online form.
  • Please keep the hard copy of your form safe as you will still need to fill this out and send this to Kleeneze. Due to legal considerations Kleeneze need your signature to allow you to process orders. By filling out an online form Kleeneze will allow you to make one single order only while we process the hard copy of your form.

IMPORTANT AND STATUTORY INFORMATION

  • The promoter of the Kleeneze business opportunity in the Republic of Ireland is Kleeneze Ireland Limited whose address for correspondence is: Express House, Clayton Business Park, Clayton Le Moors, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 5JY ("Kleeneze"). The promoter of the Kleeneze business opportunity in Holland and Germany is Kleeneze Limited whose address is: Express House, Clayton Business Park, Clayton Le Moors, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 5JY ("Kleeneze").
  • If you are accepted into the Kleeneze programme you will act as an independent Distributor for Kleeneze's products and services, being products for the care of the home, use in the home and for personal care and use.
  • The terms and conditions applicable to your Kleeneze Distributorship including your financial obligations and termination and cancellation rights are, set out or referred to in the Terms & Conditions overleaf and in the Kleeneze Business Manual.
  • Kleeneze holds personal information in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Kleeneze may use your personal information to search the files of a credit reference agency or agencies who will keep a record of Kleeneze's enquiries and for fraud prevention purposes.
  • If you become a Kleeneze Distributor we may share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of performing functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, carrying out surveys, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and credit reference checking and providing customer service. If contractors receive personal information, it will be adequate to perform their functions, but they will not be authorised to use it for any other purpose.
  • Other companies in the Kleeneze group and carefully selected third parties may wish to provide you with news and information about goods and services which may be of interest to you. If your distributorship does not wish to receive any such information please tick the relevant box on the form.
  • If you become a Kleeneze Distributor we will disclose information regarding the performance of your Distributorship to your Upline (as defined overleaf ) for the purpose of their monitoring your performance and sharing your performance with other members of your line of sponsorship. When you reach Gold Distributor level (as that expression is explained in the Sales Plan (as defined overleaf )) any information we hold regarding your distributorship may be disclosed publicly through the medium of Kleeneze's website or otherwise for the purpose of publicising the Kleeneze business opportunity and your status within it.

WARNING

Before you submit the contract:

Make sure that you have read it carefully and that you have seen the Business Manual which explains the programme in detail.

Consider the following:

  • It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.
  • Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.

By submitting the agreement you declare and acknowledge that:

You are 18 or older.

You have not been a party to a Kleeneze Distributorship during the last 2 years.

The information given or to be given by you in applying to enter into this agreement is correct and you consent to Kleeneze processing your personal details (including any information supplied by you relating to your inclusion on any sex offenders register) for the purpose of considering your application.

You have read this agreement, including this front sheet and the terms and conditions overleaf, before signing and in particular are aware of clause 13.

You consent to the use of your personal data as described above.
