OUR OPERATION
From our purpose built fulfilment centre, we can process, pick, pack and despatch over 50,000 parcels every single day.
The process begins with your order digitally ‘married’ to something called an SKU box (that’s a technical name for a great big box). The box joins over 10,000 other containers on a speedy journey through picking, to packing and then despatch.
The whole system is automatic, so the box automatically knows where to stop to pick up each item you have ordered. With the right product from our range in the box, it sprints off again, around the 18km of track, picking up items until your order is complete.
The box finishes its journey at the packing station. All the items are checked and carefully packed ready to be safely delivered by our delivery partner ParcelForce.
Our picking, packing and delivery processes have been developed and refined so that a whopping 99.98% of parcels from our fulfilment centre are delivered right first time (that’s right up there with the very best if you didn’t know).
That means your customer gets what they order, and your home shopping business grows and grows with the support of a solid picking, packing and delivery operation.
