When award-winning chef, Nigel Smith joined the Kleeneze team at the end of 2009, we were more than delighted. Not only has he placed his own recommendations of our products through the kitchen section of the Main Book, he also picked some of our products, took to the kitchen and created a whole host of yummy recipes, exclusive to Kleeneze.
The North-West-based Nigel is well-known for his enigmatic cooking style and he creates contemporary and classic menus using local and seasonal produce at Nigel Smith's Restaurant, Ribby Hall in Lancashire. Nigel also runs a thriving outside catering business and cookery school and cooks for many celebrities and high profile clients. His career has included stints working with Albert Roux and Anton Edelmann at the Savoy, as well as hosting his own TV series.
