Crab meat Dim Sums - makes 20

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the wonton wrappers together, and mix.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the centre of the wonton wrappers and gather up the corners and pinch to seal. When not in use keep the other wonton wrappers under a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.
  3. Line a steamer with baking paper and arrange the dim sum on the paper. Do not place them touching.
  4. Cover & steam for 8 minutes.
