Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding Recipe– Serves 6 to 8

  1. Place the Kleeneze Roaster / Baking Sheet onto a high heat and pour in some vegetable oil from the Kleeneze store and pour box set.
  2. When oil is hot add beef using nylon tongs and seal golden brown.
  3. Add potatoes and season.
  4. Sprinkle with Thyme and Rosemary taken fom Kleeneze green bags.
  5. Roast for I hour gas mark 6, 175 degrees. Remove from oven and leave to rest fro 5-10 mins.
  6. Carve and serve.

Yorkshire Puddings:

  1. Sieve flour into a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add eggs from the egg tray and a little of the milk taken from the Kleeneze store and pour range.
  3. Whisk together to make a thick batter then gradually whisk in remaining milk.
  4. Season with Salt & pepper.
  5. Using Kleeneze Yorkshire Pudding tray pour in hot oil and then batter.
  6. Bake in a hot oven gas mark 6, 175 degrees for 30 mins until risen and golden brown.
  7. Serve with Roast Beef.
