Steamed Salmon, Ginger & Coriander – Serves 4
Top Tip – Make sure the Steaming Tray is hot in the microwave before placing cold salmon on top.
- Finely chop the ginger, lemongrass and herbs, mix together with a pinch of sugar.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
- Rub the herbs on top of the salmon forming a light crust.
- Place onto the microwave steaming tray and steam for 4-6 minutes depending on power.
- Serve with pasta, new potatoes or crisp green salad.
